Cancellation Policy

For written registration cancellations submitted to the Secretariat:

• For registrations cancelled until 10/09/2025, a 50% cancellation fee applies
• For registrations cancelled after 10/09/2025, a 100% cancellation fee applies
• Name replacement is accepted free of charge until 10/09/2025
• No replacement or change will be possible after 10/09/2025

*Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
**In case of cancellation, refunds will be made up to 30 days after the end of the Symposium.
